Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return or exchange:

- Original packaging must be intact
- Complaint should be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Parcel opening video is mandatory for damage claims
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

- Customized products
- Change of mind
- Delay caused by courier services
- Incorrect address provided by customer
Refund Process & Timeline
After verification and approval of the returned product:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
